Cider house meal with locals
Visit, explore and enjoy a unique experience meal at the hidden-away farmhouses, on an evening of classic Basque cuisine, cider and plenty of local character.
Be part of the local way of life, the gathering point where locals enjoy seasonal cider made from the surronding apple trees while they chat about their daily lifes, sing and have fun!!
The traditional menu includes cod fish omelete, cod’s loin grilled with green peppers, beef T-bone steak (1 kilo/aprox. for 2 people), sheep cheese, wallnuts and quince paste/jelly, and of course, all the cider you (can!!) wish to drink.
